The Huaneng Qidong H4 # offshore wind power project, with a simultaneous construction scale of 308000 kilowatts of offshore wind power and 100000 kilowatts of offshore photovoltaics, demonstrates Huaneng's ambitious goals in the field of new energy. This project is closely linked with Huaneng's completed Qidong onshore wind power (185500 kW) and Qidong H1, H2, H3 offshore wind power projects (800000 kW), jointly building a unique "over one million" kW offshore wind power cluster near Qidong, Nantong.
