The bidding results for the EPC general contracting of the second part of the 1 million kilowatt wind power project in Shanshan, Turpan, Turpan, Turpan Oilfield were recently announced. The three sections of the project were won by China Energy Engineering Group Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., and China Energy Engineering Group Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. The bidding prices were 216127544.18 yuan, 218985600.00 yuan, and 135194019.64 yuan, respectively.
The total installed capacity of the project is 1 million kilowatts, and it is planned to install 160 6.25MW wind turbines. According to the division of sections, Section 1 will construct a 400000 kW wind farm area with 64 wind turbines, Section 2 will construct a 350000 kW wind farm area with 56 wind turbines, and Section 3 will construct a 250000 kW wind farm area with 40 wind turbines.

The project includes the construction of one 220kV boosting collection station (including two 50Mvar phase-shifting cameras) and a 100MW/200MWh energy storage system. Among them, 250000 kilowatts of capacity are connected to the China Energy Conservation 221 group collection station through one 220kV line, and 750000 kilowatts are connected to the Dalangkan substation through one 220kV line. The outlet voltage of the wind turbine is 1140V, which is boosted to 35kV by a box type substation and then connected to the overhead power line in the field, using the "one machine, one transformer" unit wiring method.
The construction period of the project is 12 months, and from the date of issuance of the commencement order, the main construction must be completed and the grid connection conditions must be met. The promotion of this major wind power project will effectively promote the development and utilization of clean energy in Xinjiang, injecting new impetus into China's energy structure transformation.
