Recently, the bidding results for the EPC general contracting of the Turpan Shanshan 1 million kilowatt wind power project in Tuha Oilfield were officially announced. The project is divided into three sections, which were won by China Energy Engineering Group Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., and China Energy Engineering Group Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd.
The specific winning situation is that the first section was won by China Energy Engineering Group Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 216127544.18 yuan; Hualuo China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. has a bid price of 218985600.00 yuan for the second section; The third section was awarded to China Energy Engineering Group Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. with a bid price of 135194019.64 yuan.
According to the project plan, these three sections will jointly complete the construction of a wind farm with a total installed capacity of 1 million kilowatts. One section is responsible for the design, procurement, and construction of a wind farm area with 64 wind turbines and a capacity of 400000 kilowatts; The second section undertakes the construction task of 56 wind turbines and 350000 kilowatts; The third section is responsible for the implementation of 40 wind turbines and 250000 kilowatts of engineering. The entire project will install 160 wind turbines with a single capacity of 6.25MW.

The supporting construction of the project includes a 220kV boosting collection station, equipped with two 50Mvar phase-shifting cameras and an energy storage system with a capacity of 100MW/200MWh. In terms of power transmission, the 250000 kW capacity of the project will be connected to the China Energy Conservation 221 Group Collection Station through one 220kV line, and the remaining 750000 kW capacity will be connected to the Dalangkan substation through one 220kV line.
The technical solution shows that the outlet voltage of the wind turbine is 1140V, and the "one machine, one transformer" unit wiring method is adopted. A box type substation is arranged about 20 meters away from the wind turbine to raise the voltage to 35kV and connect it to the overhead line in the field. According to the distribution of 160 wind turbines, the collection line will be divided into 40 circuits.
The project has set a clear schedule goal: the main construction must be completed within 12 months from the date of the commencement order, meeting the grid connection conditions, and the overall contract performance period is until December 31, 2027. The promotion of this major new energy project will effectively promote the development and utilization of clean energy in the local area, injecting new impetus into China's energy structure transformation.
