In October 2025, Chinese infrastructure companies have achieved significant breakthroughs in the global market, winning multiple important projects in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and other regions, covering multiple fields such as transportation, construction, energy, and industry, demonstrating the strong competitiveness of Chinese infrastructure in the global market.
In the African market, China Road and Bridge Corporation successfully won the bid for the flood control project in the coastal area of Togo. The project is located in the coastal area of Lome, the capital of Togo. The main works include the excavation and construction of drainage ditches, the construction of cross line structures, the construction of reservoirs, the dredging of existing channels, vegetation slope protection, and supporting projects. The construction period is 12 months. After the completion of the project, it will significantly enhance the regional flood control and drainage capacity, beautify the coastal environment, and promote the development of local ecotourism.
In Central Asia, Tianjin Rail Transit Group signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan on the Tashkent Rail Transit project. This is a specific measure to implement the important consensus reached by the heads of state of China and Ukraine in September 2025. During their stay in Tianjin, a delegation from the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan visited the Tianjin Rail Transit Group Dispatch Command Center and expressed high appreciation for China's technological strength in the field of rail transit.

The Middle East market also has frequent good news. China Construction Middle East Company and a subsidiary of Imar Group have officially signed a contract for the Dubai Zabil Adris residential project. This ultra luxury residential project located in the core economic zone of Dubai consists of four super high-rise buildings, with the tallest building reaching 235.8 meters. It will provide 1748 ultra luxury apartments and complete supporting facilities, and will become a new landmark of luxury residential in Dubai after completion.
In the field of industrial construction, China Aluminum International Ninth Metallurgical Group has successfully signed a contract for the construction of an electrolytic aluminum production base in Angola. This project includes the construction and installation work of the entire process flow of electrolytic aluminum plant, casting workshop, etc., marking an important step for China Metallurgical Group Corporation in expanding its overseas market and will help promote local industrial upgrading and economic growth.
Significant progress has also been made in energy engineering. The Qatar BH EPIC general contracting project, undertaken by CNOOC, was fully launched on October 14th. This project located in the Qatar waters of the Persian Gulf includes more than 60 individual offshore oil and gas facilities, with a steel processing capacity of over 130000 tons.
