Recently, Shui'an Construction Company has achieved a milestone by winning the bid for the upgrade and renovation project of the China Chad Friendship Hospital in Chad, which is supported by the Chinese government. This marks the company's zero breakthrough in the field of government foreign aid projects. The winning bid for this project is 209 million yuan, and it is implemented and supervised by the International Economic Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce.

The project is located in N'Djamena, the capital of Chad, and the design work is undertaken by the Eighth (Beijing) Design Institute of China Construction Northeast Institute. The core construction content is to build a 120 bed comprehensive diagnosis and treatment building within the hospital, with a total construction area of 8898 square meters. The new building will integrate multiple key functional units, including emergency department, laboratory, imaging center, intensive care unit, clean operating room, disinfection supply center, and inpatient department. After completion, it will greatly enhance the local medical service capabilities and levels.

At the same time, a consortium consisting of Shanghai Quanzhu Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. and Hunan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. also successfully won the bid for the T-1312 public construction project in Kuwait, with a total bid amount of 430 million yuan.
The project is located in the Mutla area of the province of Kowetjehra, and is an important livelihood project aimed at creating a new city living circle that integrates education and religion. The total construction area is approximately 87000 square meters. The project covers a wide range of municipal interconnection projects, including 3 kindergartens, 2 junior high schools (boys and girls), 8 mosques, 8 religious buildings, and supporting road networks.

As an integrated delivery project, Quanzhu will provide building lifecycle services from construction, mechanical and electrical engineering to interior decoration. The project is invested by the Kuwait Housing Welfare Public Administration and contracted by Walla Construction Company. The total construction period is 900 days, and it is expected to be officially delivered in 2028.
