The project covers a wide range of municipal interconnection projects, including 3 kindergartens, 2 junior high schools (boys and girls), 8 mosques, 8 religious buildings, and supporting road networks.

As an integrated delivery project, Quanzhu will provide building lifecycle services from construction, mechanical and electrical engineering to interior decoration. The project is invested by the Kuwait Housing Welfare Public Administration and contracted by Walla Construction Company. The total construction period is 900 days, and it is expected to be officially delivered in 2028.
