This product deeply integrates the core advantages of "efficient wheeled movement and agile humanoid operation", and can complete various scenarios such as transferring and palletizing/unstacking original boxes, transferring and stacking/unstacking material boxes, etc.

Intelligent AGV matrix: covering 1.2-ton mini AGVs (± 5mm accuracy/78cm narrow lane crossing), four-way shuttle vehicles and other equipment, equipped with the GRACE scheduling system of national robots, supporting collaborative operation of 2000 devices in a single scene. The intelligent high-performance heavy-duty balanced AGV adopts an 80V voltage platform and a large 608Ah battery capacity to support 12 hours of continuous operation. The braking distance of the entire vehicle under full load is less than 1 meter.

New energy product family: XC series permanent magnet lithium-ion forklift, Taurus series lithium-ion forklift, XH series high-voltage lithium-ion forklift, 8-10 ton XC series lithium-ion forklift, X series storage truck, aerial vehicle and other new energy product families are all available. Among them, the 8-10 ton XC series lithium-ion forklift adopts a self-developed dedicated architecture and is equipped with dual pump merging technology, which reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to traditional models and is suitable for narrow lane operation needs.

Core Components Exhibition Area: Key components such as lithium battery safety management systems, chargers, electric bridges, accessories, and cleaning equipment are showcased, with over 100 patents related to lithium battery technology, fully demonstrating Hangcha's technical reserves and vertical integration capabilities in key links of the industry chain.
