In the Cambodian market, China Electric Power Construction and Cambodia Kampong Spee Energy Co., Ltd. officially signed the EPC general contract for the 100 MW biomass photovoltaic joint power plant project in Phnom Penh. The project is located in the central western part of Cambodia's Pursat Province, with plans to construct a combined power generation system of a 50 MW biomass power station and a 50 MW photovoltaic power station, and to build related facilities. This innovative hybrid energy solution can achieve stable power supply and fully utilize local agricultural resources, providing new ideas for optimizing Cambodia's energy structure.

The Penang Light Rail Project, as a key municipal project in Malaysia, connects Penang Island with the core area of Perak Province, with a total length of approximately 29 kilometers and 21 stations.
