Recently, the overseas company of China 20th Metallurgical Group Corporation Limited received good news that it has successfully won the bid for the construction project of 300000 tons of high-speed wire rod per year by Huaxin Yongxu Special Steel Co., Ltd. located in Morowali Industrial Park, Indonesia. This winning bid not only marks the recognition of China 20th Metallurgical Group's strength in overseas metallurgical construction, but also an important manifestation of China's advanced engineering technology and management experience serving international production capacity cooperation.

The project covers a vast area of approximately 94567.6 square meters, with a grand construction scale. Among them, the total construction area of the main factory building as the core area is about 62523.5 square meters, and the area of public and auxiliary buildings has also reached 10903 square meters. The entire project is scientifically planned with clear functional zoning, mainly divided into three major sections:

Core production area - main factory area: This area is the main artery of future production, covering the high-speed wire workshop and pickling workshop. The high-speed wire workshop is divided into main rolling span, heat treatment span, finished product span, heating furnace span, roll room, and raw material span, forming a complete production line; The pickling workshop includes pickling spans and pickling auxiliary rooms, responsible for key surface treatment processes.

Operation Guarantee Zone - Auxiliary Rooms in the Main Factory Building: In order to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production line, this area is equipped with complete auxiliary facilities, including swirl pool ground operation rooms, 6 workshop operation rooms distributed throughout, 12 brick workshop small houses, fan rooms, and product quality inspection and testing facilities.

Energy and Power Zone - Public Auxiliary Building: This area is the "heart" and "lifeblood" of the factory, integrating multiple core electrical rooms such as the main electrical room, precision rolling mill electrical room, high-speed wire heat treatment area electrical room, and turbid circulating water system electrical room. It also includes critical public auxiliary systems such as clean circulating water pump station, fresh water and turbid circulating water pump station, and mud treatment system, providing stable energy and environmental protection for the entire factory.
