In the grand narrative of jointly building the "the Belt and Road" initiative, the production capacity cooperation between Chinese enterprises and countries along the line is constantly bearing fruit. Recently, two major infrastructure and energy projects led by Chinese companies have been successfully signed and implemented, from the Soghote Plateau in Tajikistan to the southern region of Cameroon. This is not only a vivid example of the overseas practice of Chinese technology and Chinese standards, but also the latest chapter of deepening international cooperation and jointly promoting green development and industrial modernization under the "the Belt and Road" framework, highlighting the vitality of win-win cooperation.

Recently, China Construction Xinjiang Construction International General Contracting Branch successfully won the EPC general contracting for the 250MW photovoltaic power station project in Asht District, Soght Oblast, Tajikistan. This project is located in the northern part of Soght Oblast and is the first new energy photovoltaic project in Tajikistan's national development blueprint, with pioneering significance. The planned installed capacity of the project is up to 250 megawatts, covering an area of approximately 650 hectares. After completion, it will greatly optimize the energy structure of Tajikistan and provide clean and stable power security for the local area. In the face of this landmark project, China Construction Xinjiang Construction International General Contracting Branch stated that it will unite the efforts of all staff, take this as an opportunity, continue to forge and deepen its core competitiveness in overseas markets, and move firmly towards a broader international stage.

China National Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (CNHTC) has also achieved good news in market development, officially signing an EPC general contract with a Cameroonian owner for the construction of a comprehensive steel facility with an annual output of 500000 tons. Vice General Manager Xu Jia attended the signing ceremony. The project will construct a long process steel plant with a core facility of blast furnace in the southern region of Cameroon, with the main product being the steel bars and wires needed by the market. As the first modern steel plant in Cameroon with a complete process flow, the implementation of this project will effectively fill the gap in the country's domestic steel production and provide indispensable steel support for the accelerated construction of infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and buildings in Cameroon. More importantly, it will help Cameroon establish a complete steel industry chain from smelting to rolling, which will not only directly drive the coordinated development of mining, logistics, equipment manufacturing and other related fields, but also inject strong "new momentum" into the local industrialization process. This signing is a crucial step for China National Heavy Machinery Industry Corporation to achieve a "zero breakthrough" in the markets of Cameroon and even African countries, laying a solid foundation for the company to further explore the vast markets of local metallurgy, mining, and continuously expand cooperation with customers. The signing ceremony was held through a combination of online and offline methods, with representatives of Cameroonian owners and the head of China National Heavy Machinery Industry Corporation's Fourth Division jointly participating and witnessing the moment. Keywords: the Belt and Road project news, the Belt and Road news

Tajikistan's photovoltaic power plants light up the future of clean energy, while Cameroon's steel factories lay the foundation for industrial development. These two benchmark projects focus on green transformation and basic industries respectively, clearly outlining the development trajectory under the principles of consultation, co construction, and sharing. They not only bring tangible economic benefits and social progress to the country where the project is located, but also provide a new pivot for Chinese enterprises to deepen cooperation and enhance influence on the international stage.Editor/Cheng Liting
