On a vast land in Ujain district of Madhya Pradesh, India, an energy revolution is quietly unfolding. Recently, Jakson Group in India officially launched the first phase of construction for a 6GW photovoltaic integrated manufacturing base in Madhya Pradesh. The project is located in Markxi District, Ujain County, covering an area of 113.5 acres. Recently, Dr. Mohan Yadav, the Chief Minister, personally laid the foundation for the base. The Maxi Photovoltaic Manufacturing Center is highly anticipated to become an important manufacturing and logistics hub for India's clean energy transition, contributing to the country's vision of a "self reliant India".

The manufacturing base has a total investment of over 80 billion rupees and is the largest solar project in Madhya Pradesh to date. The first phase of the project will construct a 3GW battery production line and a 4GW component production line, and the subsequent stages will further integrate the production capacity of silicon ingots and wafers. Through phased construction, the project aims to gradually improve the layout of the entire industry chain from silicon ingots to modules, and strengthen the supply chain capability of local photovoltaic manufacturing in India.

Build a complete photovoltaic industry chain in stages

In addition to expanding production capacity, the project is also committed to building a more complete photovoltaic manufacturing ecosystem in Madhya Pradesh. By attracting the landing of supply chain and supporting industries, the project is expected to drive regional employment and technological upgrading, further consolidating India's independent manufacturing capabilities in the field of renewable energy. This measure not only echoes the national strategy of "Self Reliance India", but also provides important support for India to achieve energy transformation and industrial upgrading.
