When global energy transformation and sustainable development become the topic of the times, Chinese enterprises are delivering unique Chinese answers on the world stage with solid technological strength and excellent engineering capabilities. Recently, from the industrial heartland of Europe to the agricultural production areas of South America, Chinese high-tech enterprises have continuously signed major overseas projects. They not only continue to deepen their cultivation in the field of clean energy, but also apply innovative technology to modern agriculture, injecting strong momentum into global green development through diversified cooperation models, demonstrating the unique value of Chinese intelligent manufacturing in the global industrial chain.

Thirteen Chemical Construction undertakes the largest biofuel project in Spain

Under the sunshine of the Iberian Peninsula, China National Chemical Engineering Corporation (ChemChina) has officially signed a contract for the biofuel project of Sepp ç a San Roque Bioenergy Company in Spain, marking another milestone for China in the high-end clean energy sector in Europe. This project, located in the province of Huelva in the autonomous region of Andalusia, Spain, is jointly invested and constructed by Spain's Moeva company and Apical Group, a subsidiary of Singapore's Golden Eagle Group. The total investment amount is about 1.2 billion euros, making it one of the largest and most technologically advanced biofuel projects in Spain this year.

As an important participant in the project, China Chemical Engineering 13th Chemical Construction will undertake the mechanical and electrical installation work for sections BR3 and BR4. This cooperation is not only another important achievement of China Chemical Engineering's deep cultivation of the high-end European market, but also a high recognition of the professional construction ability and technical level of Chinese enterprises by the international community. The construction of this biofuel project will use advanced biomass conversion technology to convert the abundant biomass resources in the area into clean energy, effectively promoting the construction of Spain's renewable energy system, significantly reducing dependence on fossil fuels, and providing strong support for Europe to achieve its carbon neutrality goals.

China's nuclear technology supports Peru's agricultural upgrading

At the same time, in Peru, South America, China's Tongfa and Peruvian owners officially signed a contract for an agricultural gamma irradiation station project in Lima, achieving the "debut" of China's irradiation technology in the Latin American market. Xiao Yafei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Tongfu, attended the ceremony and signed the contract on behalf of the company, reflecting China's high attention to this project. According to the agreement, China Tongfu will provide professional gamma irradiation equipment and provide a comprehensive solution for matching cobalt irradiation sources.

This project has been steadily advancing since the signing of the cooperation intention in June this year, and its significance is self-evident - it is the first time that China's irradiation technology has entered the Latin American market and has pioneering demonstration significance. After the completion of the project, it will mainly be applied to the irradiation treatment of Peru's characteristic agricultural products, improving the sterilization level of agricultural products and significantly extending the shelf life of products through advanced nuclear technology. The application of this technology will directly enhance the export quality and international market competitiveness of Peru's characteristic agricultural products such as blueberries, grapes, and asparagus, injecting technological impetus into the modernization of Peruvian agriculture.

Two projects, two continents, and two different technological fields, together demonstrate the innovative strength of Chinese enterprises in the global green technology field. In the Spanish project, China Chemical Engineering demonstrates its comprehensive strength in the construction of large-scale clean energy projects; In the Peru project, China showcased its professional advantages in the field of nuclear technology applications. This diversified and high-tech overseas model reflects the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing towards Chinese intelligent manufacturing, and gradually gaining widespread recognition in the global market.
