Recently, China Railway 19th Bureau successfully won the bid for the Xinjiang Zero Carbon New Materials Industrial Park project, marking an important breakthrough for the enterprise in the field of green infrastructure in Northwest China. This will inject strong momentum into Xinjiang's construction of a zero carbon industrial system and promote regional economic green transformation.

The industrial park is located in the clean energy rich area of Xinjiang, relying on the abundant local wind and solar resources, focusing on core industries such as new energy materials, low-carbon chemicals, and circular utilization, and creating a full chain zero carbon industrial ecology of "clean energy green production circular utilization". The project planning and construction covers multiple areas such as production workshops, research and development centers, energy storage facilities, and park infrastructure, with a total construction area of over 200000 square meters. After completion, it will become a leading and technologically advanced zero carbon new material industry cluster in the northwest region.

China Railway 19th Bureau will fully leverage its core advantages in the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects and the application of green construction technologies, integrate low-carbon design concepts into project construction, widely adopt energy-saving and environmental protection technologies such as photovoltaic building integration, ground source heat pumps, and green building materials, and synchronously build distributed energy storage systems and rainwater recycling facilities to achieve low-carbon construction and zero emissions during operation. At the same time, the project will rely on digital means such as BIM technology and intelligent monitoring systems to create a smart construction site, ensuring the dual improvement of engineering quality and construction efficiency.

As a key carrier for the development of zero carbon industries in Northwest China, the construction of this industrial park will not only promote the transformation of Xinjiang's new materials industry towards high-end, green, and intelligent industries, but also drive the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industrial chains, create a large number of job opportunities, and assist in the high-quality development of the local economy. In the future, China Railway 19th Bureau will promote project construction with high standards and strict requirements, and make every effort to build it into a benchmark project for the construction of the Northwest Zero Carbon Industrial Park, contributing to the achievement of China's "dual carbon" goals and the implementation of the Western Development Strategy as a central enterprise.Editor/Bian Wenjun
