Recently, the signing ceremony for the Aba Aluminum Plant Photovoltaic Energy Storage Integrated Power Station project was successfully held, and Penghui Energy won the bid with its technical strength and project experience. As a benchmark project for green transformation in the aluminum industry, this project deeply integrates photovoltaic power generation and energy storage systems, enabling on-site consumption of clean energy and dynamic load adjustment, effectively reducing the production cost of electricity and carbon emissions in aluminum plants.
After the completion of the project, it will rely on the abundant solar energy resources in Aba area, combined with efficient energy storage equipment, to provide stable and reliable green power support for aluminum plants, helping enterprises break through traditional energy dependence and build a new energy supply model of "self use and surplus electricity grid connection". Penghui Energy will be responsible for the research and development, production, and integration services of the core energy storage system of the project, ensuring the stable operation of the project with high safety and long cycle life energy storage products, and providing replicable practical samples for the energy transformation of the non-ferrous metal industry.

It is reported that the planned energy storage capacity of the integrated photovoltaic power station project is 190MWh, and it will use Penghui Energy's new generation of lithium iron phosphate energy storage battery modules. This product has core advantages such as high energy density, low attenuation rate, and wide temperature range adaptability, which can fully match the climate characteristics of Aba area, such as large temperature difference between day and night and concentrated light periods, to ensure stable operation in extreme environments.
During the project construction process, Penghui Energy will establish a professional technical team to fully participate in scheme optimization, equipment installation, commissioning and operation, strictly follow green construction standards, and minimize the impact of project construction on the surrounding ecological environment. At the same time, the project will simultaneously build an intelligent energy management platform to achieve photovoltaic output prediction, intelligent regulation of energy storage charging and discharging, and dynamic monitoring of electricity load, further improving energy utilization efficiency.

This cooperation is not only an important breakthrough for Penghui Energy in the field of photovoltaic energy storage applications in the non-ferrous metal industry, but also provides demonstration and guidance for energy transformation of high energy consuming enterprises in the southwest region, and helps accelerate the process of replacing clean energy in the industrial sector under the "dual carbon" goal.
