China Tianying Co., Ltd. has officially signed a contract with SUEZ International SAS, a leading company in the international environmental protection industry, to undertake the design and construction subcontracting project for the incinerator and boiler of the waste incineration power plant in the Mirallier district of Toulouse, France. This is not only a key breakthrough for China Tianying to deepen its layout in the European market, but also demonstrates the core competitiveness of China's environmental protection equipment and engineering technology in the international high-end market.

The core key to tapping into the international market

China Tianying can continue to gain recognition in the high-end European market, and technological innovation is the core driving force. In recent years, the company has continued to increase its R&D investment, with R&D expenses reaching 94.9471 million yuan in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 32.36%. As of the first half of 2025, the company has accumulated 735 authorized patents and has successfully mastered multiple key core technologies such as large tonnage mechanical grate furnaces, plasma melting, and intelligent robots through independent research and development. For the Toulouse project, China Tianying will provide full process services for incinerators and boilers, covering process design, equipment manufacturing, on-site construction, and commissioning and operation. Relying on globally leading mechanical grate furnace technology, the company will assist the project in achieving dual optimization of carbon emission control and energy utilization efficiency. China Tianying stated that in the future, it will adhere to the core principles of high standard performance, high-quality construction, and efficient promotion, fully leveraging its technological accumulation and engineering advantages in the field of waste incineration power generation.

From First Hand in Hand to Deep Mutual Trust

This cooperation is not accidental, but the inevitable result of the continuous deepening of strategic mutual trust between the two sides. Looking back at the cooperation history between China Tianying and Suez Group, the path of cooperation between the two sides is steadily moving forward: in 2021, the two sides cooperated for the first time on the Valo'Marne waste incineration power plant project in Paris, France, laying the foundation for high-quality cooperation; In 2023, the cooperation will be upgraded again, and the company will sign a sales contract for Novasteam waste incineration power plant incinerators and boiler equipment with Suez's French subsidiary for a total price of 34.62 million euros, achieving a breakthrough in core equipment supply.

During the cooperation negotiations, Suez Group specifically pointed out that China Tianying's excellent professional technical level and efficient collaborative combat capability have been fully verified in previous cooperation, which has laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation between the two sides. On November 27, 2024, the two parties signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation framework agreement in Paris, France, to establish a strategic partnership in the European market for waste incineration power generation. Through exclusive cooperation and resource accumulation in the region, the partnership will help both parties achieve maximum business growth.

Green Footprint from Europe to Southeast Asia

Relying on a continuously deepening cooperation platform, China Tianying has achieved a breakthrough in its business in the European market. Against the backdrop of the booming global environmental protection industry, China Tianying's overseas expansion pace continues to accelerate, and its overseas layout is precisely in line with the development trend of the global environmental protection industry. The Global Data Panorama Insight Report on the Garbage Incineration Power Generation Industry shows that the global garbage incineration power generation processing scale will exceed 320 million tons in 2024, with a total power generation of 520 terawatt hours. It is expected that the processing capacity will climb to 480 million tons by 2030. Among them, the Asian region contributes 58% of the global market share, while the European market accounts for 24%, becoming an important growth pole for the global environmental protection industry. In addition to deepening its presence in the European market, the company has also achieved significant results in its layout in Southeast Asia. The daily processing of 4000 tons of garbage incineration power generation project located in Hanoi, Vietnam has become a "model of environmental cooperation between China and Vietnam".

This project is the largest waste incineration power plant invested by a Chinese enterprise overseas so far. In August of this year, the project successfully completed its installed capacity expansion, increasing the total capacity from 75MW to 90MW and entering commercial operation, significantly improving operational efficiency and profitability. In addition, the company is steadily advancing its projects in Vietnam's Fushou, Qinghua, and Singapore's Dashi, gradually forming regional synergies. Keywords: international news, new energy information

As a leading enterprise in China's environmental protection industry's "going global" strategy, China Tianying is deeply integrating into the global green development pattern through diversified models such as technology output, project cooperation, and standard co construction. Looking ahead to the future, the successful cooperation of the Toulouse project has created a new starting point for cooperation between China Tianying and Suez Group. Both sides will take this opportunity to fully leverage their complementary advantages in technology research and development, market expansion, and explore more international cooperation opportunities together, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the global environmental protection industry.Editor/Yang Meiling
