Basic Overview

According to public information, the project is located in the eastern sea area of Jinhe Town, Xuwen County, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. The onshore centralized control center is located in Baimao Village, Jinhe Town, Xuwen County, with a planned total installed capacity of 500 megawatts. The project will be accompanied by the construction of a 220 kV offshore booster station. The offshore wind turbines will be connected to the booster station through a 66 kV submarine cable, and then connected to the onshore control center through two 220 kV submarine cables. At the same time, the project will be leased and equipped with a 50 MW/100 MWh energy storage system. The total investment of this project is about 6.356 billion yuan, and it is constructed by Zhanjiang Mingyang BASF New Energy Co., Ltd. The overall construction period is 13 months.
