During the conference, Hangcha Southeast Asia Service Center was officially established, which is an important milestone in the company's regional development strategy and a key measure to enhance localized operations and service capabilities. The completion of the service center will comprehensively enhance our service coverage and response capabilities in Southeast Asia, from spare parts guarantee, technical support to after-sales service, forming a more efficient, professional, and reliable all-round service system, providing customers with solid operational support.

At the meeting, Hangcha Thailand introduced multiple products including EZ go, XA, and XE series, covering diverse application scenarios and meeting the multidimensional needs of industrial logistics and warehousing operations for efficiency, stability, and safety. In his speech, Zhang Junjun, General Manager of Hangcha International, pointed out that by 2025, Hangcha Thailand's sales will increase by about 30% year-on-year, and the sales volume will increase by about 50% year-on-year.
