ActionPower: With a profound technical background in the field of power electronic equipment and system solutions, it provides a key platform for the application verification of power devices. Utilizing advanced SIC MOS products from Fangzheng Micro, it develops more efficient, compact, and reliable high-end power equipment.
AMTE focuses on the research and innovation of semiconductor equipment technology, providing advanced process equipment support for laboratories, and integrating the former products into their advanced semiconductor process equipment.
