Among them, Zone A is located in the tourism core area of Urumqi County, equipped with 16 wind turbines with a single capacity of 7.5 megawatts and an installed capacity of 120000 kilowatts; The B area is located in the central area of the Dabancheng wind zone with superior wind resources, and has installed 14 wind turbines with a single capacity of 10 megawatts and an installed capacity of 140000 kilowatts; The C area is located in the Tianshan Mountains and has installed 24 wind turbines with a single capacity of 10 megawatts, with an installed capacity of 240000 kilowatts. After the project is fully operational, it is expected to provide approximately 1.3 billion kilowatt hours of clean electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 400000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.11 million tons, with significant energy-saving and emission reduction benefits. These green power sources will strongly support the economic and social development of Urumqi and surrounding areas, optimize the local energy structure, and reduce dependence on traditional fossil fuels.
