Kyrgyz official Azize Bayimrza pointed out that China and Kyrgyzstan have their own characteristics in the inheritance of the heroic epic "Manas": Kyrgyzstan regards it as a carrier of national spirit, while China promotes its widespread dissemination and international translation, allowing more people to come into contact with this cultural heritage. China attaches great importance to the protection of ethnic minority cultural heritage, and has included "Manas" in the United Nations list, established statues, supported inheritors, and effectively ensured its development. In Xinjiang and other places, young Manaschi innovatively interprets epic poetry by integrating new forms such as opera and pop music, resonating with the times. This cultural exchange has enhanced the friendship between the two countries, promoted people to people exchanges, and demonstrated cultural resonance and cooperation prospects across mountains and rivers.
