Data shows that after nearly 30 years of development, Shuifa Xingye has formed a dual advantage of being a state-owned enterprise and a listed company, with assets exceeding 20 billion yuan. It has invested and constructed nearly 8GW of clean energy projects and occupies a leading position in the market for new materials such as ITO conductive films.

Based on this, both parties have clearly focused their cooperation on the substantive implementation of photovoltaic projects and integrated photovoltaic storage and charging projects. Unlike previous intention based talks, both parties have decided to immediately form a professional team, reverse the schedule, and ensure that the project takes effect as soon as possible. The members of the Jilin delegation include the leaders of core enterprises such as the power grid, power generation, and hydropower stations. This full industry chain connection has cleared the obstacles for the unification of technical standards and equipment supply in the future.

In addition to signing a contract with Shuifa Xingye, Minister Ibrayev also conducted on-site inspections of production factories and discussed equipment supply and technology localization solutions for electric vehicle charging stations with companies such as Zhejiang Anfu New Energy. This series of compact trips sends a clear signal: Jizheng is seeking to shift from simple equipment imports to a deep cooperation model of equipment+technology+operation and maintenance.
