On April 1st, the 14th ESIE2026 was officially held at the Beijing Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center. CORNEX's new energy storage full scenario solution made a brilliant debut, showcasing the core achievements of the new generation of lithium iron phosphate and sodium ion dual technology route.

CORNEX New Energy President Huang Feng attended the launch ceremony and delivered a speech. He pointed out that energy storage is a key support for building a new type of power system, and CORNEX has always adhered to the drive of technological innovation, contributing solid strength to the construction of new power systems with safe, reliable, and performance leading energy storage products and solutions.

Ultimate balance, achieving leading performance

The 588Ah energy storage battery exhibited this time was independently developed by Chu Energy, with a single energy breakthrough of 588Ah beyond the winding process limit, a mass energy density of 190Wh/kg, a volume energy density of 419Wh/L, and an energy efficiency of 96.5%. Multiple indicators are at the forefront of the industry.

The value of the 588Ah battery is not only reflected in its parameters, but also comes from the ultimate balance of high reliability, high safety, and long lifespan.

The 588Ah battery has shifted the mature material system and manufacturing process of Chu Energy's mass-produced batteries, and its core reliability has been verified in batches, providing customers with a dual guarantee of "predictable and reliable" stable quality and rapid mass production delivery; In terms of safety, the 588Ah battery builds a full stack safety system through innovative design of structure and materials, laying a solid foundation for large-scale applications; By applying three core technologies of positive electrode multi-stage particle size control, negative electrode stable skeleton design, and electrolyte self-healing technology, the 588Ah battery achieves a cycle life of over 12000 cycles and excellent capacity retention, realizing customer investment returns through long-term stable operation.

At present, the 588Ah battery has a production capacity planning support of over 200GWh, providing a solid guarantee for future large-scale deliveries.

Efficient integration, reshaping system efficiency

At the exhibition, CORNEX highlighted the combination solution of "588Ah battery+CTP 3.0 platform+M6 energy storage system".

The industry's first CTP3.0 module free integration technology is a disruptive innovation to the energy storage pack structure. It breaks the constraints of module homogenization, simplifies redundant structures, and achieves ultimate integration of batteries and battery packs. The single pack has a volume density of up to 280Wh/L and a rated energy of 195.68kWh, releasing higher energy in a limited space. At the same time, by adopting the "suction protection dual method" process, 104 588Ah batteries are integrated into the box, reducing the production process by 30%, further improving intrinsic safety, and pushing the production efficiency to 60JPH (production cycle time), far exceeding the industry average of 15JPH.

Based on the 588Ah battery and CTP3.0 platform, CORNEX has developed the M6 energy storage system specifically for large-scale energy storage scenarios. It adopts a standard 20 foot prefabricated cabin design, with a rated energy of 6250kWh, and is equipped with a top out wind and heat management system and an active balancing BMS, achieving a comprehensive upgrade in system safety and stability.

In addition to lithium iron phosphate products, CORNEX also showcased sodium ion battery products. As a highly promising next-generation energy storage technology, CORNEX has taken the lead in completing technical reserves and product development for sodium ion batteries. The parallel layout of two technological routes enables CORNEX to more flexibly respond to diverse market demands in different application scenarios, cost structures, and resource endowments.

Currently, the energy storage industry is shifting from scale expansion to value cultivation, and the reliability, safety, and economy of the entire product lifecycle have become key benchmarks for measuring a company's core competitiveness.
