From April 1st to 3rd, Sunwoda made its debut at the ESIE 2026 Beijing exhibition, showcasing its technological layout and industrialization capabilities in the era of large capacity energy storage, focusing on breakthroughs in energy storage cell technology and mass production, system empowerment capabilities, and full scenario solutions.

Full core technology makes its debut, with multiple cables driving the era of large capacity

At the exhibition site, Sunwoda showcased a complete energy storage cell matrix of 102Ah, 280Ah, 314Ah, 588Ah, and 684Ah, forming a capacity echelon covering different system design requirements.

Among them, 102Ah, 280Ah, and 314Ah energy storage cells, as mature products that have been verified by the market for a long time, represent a stable and reliable engineering foundation. The product has been validated through large-scale project practice in terms of consistency, cycle life, and safety performance, providing a fundamental guarantee for the long-term stable operation of energy storage systems.

On this basis, Sunwoda further showcased two flagship products for the high-capacity era -588Ah and 684Ah energy storage cells. The two products are developed based on winding and lamination technology routes, achieving a balance between performance and engineering adaptation through different manufacturing processes. As of the end of March 2026, over 2 million 684Ah stacked battery cells have been mass-produced.

The parallel implementation of multiple technological routes not only provides more system design options for the industry, but also effectively reduces the engineering risks of a single route at the technical level. At the milestone of the energy storage industry moving towards a larger capacity era, Sunwoda achieves a comprehensive balance between product reliability, engineering adaptability, and industrialization capabilities.

Global application accessibility, defined by standards for reliability

At this exhibition, Sunwoda 684Ah energy storage cells obtained the IEC 62619 and IEC 62620 CB certificates issued by T Ü V Rheinland, marking that the product fully meets the international mainstream energy storage standards in terms of safety and performance reliability.

Among them, IEC 62619 focuses on the safety specifications of energy storage batteries, covering strict testing requirements such as overcharging and short circuits; IEC 62620 conducts system verification on the adaptability, cycle life, and performance stability of battery cells in high and low temperature environments. The adoption of two international standards not only verifies the safety, reliability, and stable performance of Sunwoda's high-capacity energy storage cells, but also provides authoritative certification support for the large-scale application and project implementation of the products worldwide.

Supporting multiple scenarios with battery cell capabilities, energy storage competition moves towards application value

When the energy storage industry enters the scenario based stage, battery cells are no longer just products, but the starting point of system capabilities and application value. With the continuous expansion of energy storage application boundaries, different application scenarios have put forward differentiated requirements for energy density, system efficiency, deployment methods, and reliability of energy storage systems.

Centered around the diversified application needs of "energy storage+X", Sunwoda focuses on high-capacity energy storage cells as its core, and through system integration and engineering capabilities, transforms the performance advantages of cells into system solution capabilities for different scenarios:

In the scenario of grid level energy storage, the combination of high-capacity battery cells and highly integrated system design further enhances system efficiency and project investment return level;

In the industrial and commercial energy storage scenario, liquid cooling integrated systems demonstrate flexible deployment and high reliability operation capabilities, meeting the stable operation requirements in complex energy consumption environments;

In diverse scenarios such as mobile energy storage, energy storage systems have expanded the application boundaries of energy storage technology in more practical application scenarios through mobile deployment and high reliability design.

From cell performance to system capability, and then to scenario application capability, the value of energy storage technology is shifting from "device itself" to "application value", and cell capability is becoming a key foundation for connecting technology and scenarios.

Deepen technical exchanges and jointly explore new paths for energy storage development

During the exhibition, Sunwoda was invited to participate in multiple industry technology exchange activities and shared insights on topics such as energy storage cell design, system safety, and long-term asset value. The on-site technical team had in-depth exchanges with industry experts and partners to jointly explore the technological challenges and development opportunities faced by the energy storage industry in the new stage.

Sunwoda has progressed from mature battery cell products to continuous breakthroughs in high-capacity technology; From optimizing individual performance to building system engineering capabilities; From product display to full scenario application implementation, it is completing an overall leap from "cell capability" to "system capability" and then to "scenario capability".
