Aralcha National Park, only 40 kilometers away from Bishkek, is not only a national symbol of Kyrgyzstan, but also a bright green lung along the Belt and Road. Here, snow leopards roam and glaciers stand tall, ranging from 1600 meters of meadows to 4900 meters of snow peaks, making it a scenic spot all year round. As an ecological hub connecting Europe and Asia, it has attracted tourists from 126 countries around the world.

Taking advantage of the the Belt and Road infrastructure cooperation, the park is reborn: new energy vehicles shuttle through the forest, cable cars reach the cloud, and 150 rock climbing routes challenge the limit. By 2025, the number of tourists will soar to 470000, with a peak of over 7000 in a single day, and is striving towards a new target of 10000 in a single day. Nowadays, this place is not only a paradise for hiking enthusiasts from various countries, but also a model for green development.Editor/Cheng Liting
