Mo Yuanming, a researcher at Chongqing Technology and Business University, believes that Xiushan should vigorously develop the e-commerce logistics industry, promote channel logistics, logistics economic and trade, and economic and trade industries, build a modern industrial system with recognition, and enable more Xiushan manufacturing and Wuling processing to go abroad and reach ASEAN. Li Jing also suggested that the Wuling Mountain Cooperative Development Alliance for the Western Land Sea New Corridor initiated by Xiushan should move from intention to substantive operation, establish a unified source organization platform and share overseas warehouse networks, and avoid homogeneous competition. Xiushan can also explore the co construction of industrial parks with surrounding districts and counties, develop regional financial settlement centers, information release centers, and talent training centers, and enhance its ability to absorb surrounding factor resources. Mo Yuanming added that Xiushan should strive to become the sub center of Chongqing in southeastern Chongqing, echoing Wanzhou and Yongchuan, and enhancing the city's radiation power.
