On May 13th, CIBF 2026 kicked off at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. CORNEX, with the theme of "full cell evolution, full domain empowerment", made a stunning appearance with full scenario solutions such as energy storage, passenger cars, commercial, and small power, comprehensively presenting cutting-edge technological strength from batteries to system integration, becoming the most dazzling star booth in the venue.

Ultra fast charging for all scenarios

Expand performance and range boundaries

In the field of power, CORNEX adheres to the research and development logic of "scenario defined products" and has built a diversified matrix covering ultra fast charging for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and light power.

The Everest 6C power battery is a strategic product of CORNEX that combines high safety, long endurance, and ultra fast charging. Through the synergy of positive electrode multi-stage particle ratio and negative electrode double-layer coating technology, the Everest battery can maintain a high energy density of 190Wh/kg while achieving a charging time of 10 minutes on an 800V high-voltage platform and a range of 600 kilometers, making the electric vehicle's energy replenishment experience infinitely close to that of a fuel powered vehicle. For the high latitude market, Mount Everest batteries use highly active low-temperature electrolytes to ensure a discharge energy retention rate of over 85% at -20 ℃, and can still achieve a 1C discharge rate at a low SOC state of 20%, completely eliminating concerns about power attenuation in severe cold and low battery conditions.

CORNEX has launched the H02 back mounted and H03 bottom mounted longitudinal series solutions to address the high load, high safety, and high durability operational characteristics of commercial heavy-duty trucks. This series of programs adopts high-strength aluminum profile reinforcement design and passes three times of national standard vibration test, integrates the core level thermal runaway barrier technology and aerogel insulation layer, builds system level safety assurance, adapts to the full working conditions of heavy trucks with strict standards, and creates a low TCO, highly reliable green transportation solution for users. Based on different installation methods and spatial layout requirements, H02 box adopts CTP frameless stacking design, which increases volume utilization by 40% and peak charging rate up to 2SC; H03 box is multi-layer stacked inside the package, increasing grouping efficiency by 10% and shortening the vehicle wheelbase by 400mm.

In light power scenarios, the 45Ah full pole ear high-performance cylindrical battery provides stable high-power support for intelligent travel scenarios due to its low internal resistance and high rate discharge characteristics. The sodium ion series cylindrical batteries exhibited at the same time, relying on wide temperature range, low cost, and high safety genes, can still discharge efficiently at extreme low temperatures of -40 ℃, forming a strategic pattern of "lithium sodium complementarity" with lithium batteries, further expanding the application boundaries of power batteries and accelerating the full penetration of power batteries.

Large battery x high integration

Reshaping a new benchmark for system energy efficiency

Faced with the dual demands of long-term energy storage and grid stability in the global new power system, CORNEX has abandoned simple parameter competition and instead focused on optimizing LCOS. At the exhibition site, CORNEX highlighted the 588Ah high-capacity energy storage dedicated battery and the M6 energy storage system based on the CTP3.0 platform.

The 588Ah battery has achieved a significant increase in mass energy density of 190Wh/kg and volume energy density of 419Wh/L through the extreme breakthrough of winding technology and deep optimization of material system. More importantly, while maintaining a high energy efficiency of 96.5%, the cycling life of 588Ah battery cells has steadily exceeded 12000 times. With over 200GWh of intelligent manufacturing capacity planning, this product has the ability to deliver on a large scale and with high consistency, providing a solid guarantee for the long-term asset value of large-scale energy storage power plants.

At the system integration level, CORNEX CTP3.0's module free integration technology breaks through the constraints of traditional module architecture, simplifies redundant structures, and achieves the ultimate integration of batteries and battery packs. The single package has a volumetric density of up to 280Wh/L and a rated energy of 195.68kWh; Through innovative "suction protection dual method" and "four step block" technology, 104 588Ah batteries are integrated into a box, reducing production processes by 35% and increasing JPH to over 60, far exceeding the industry average level.

Based on the above technology, CORNEX has developed the M6 energy storage system for large-scale energy storage scenarios. The system adopts a standard 20 foot prefabricated cabin design, with a rated energy of 6250kWh. The system not only comes standard with top out wind and heat management to eliminate temperature difference hazards, but also is equipped with a new generation of active balancing BMS and AI operation and maintenance algorithms, achieving a safety upgrade from "passive protection" to "active warning", providing a more economical full life cycle solution for large energy storage power plants.
