Recently, Zhicheng Ruijin Robot Technology Co., Ltd., led by CEEC Chengdu Survey and Design Institute, settled in Chengdu and unveiled its plaque for business. The Engineering Vehicle Intelligent Scene Alliance also completed the signing and unveiling of the plaque. The first physically built intelligent engineering robot innovation center jointly established by the central and local governments in China has been officially put into operation, creating an important model for the integration and development of science and technology innovation and emerging industries.
Deeply cultivate intelligent equipment
This enterprise is a Zhicheng series enterprise developed by Chengdu Institute in the layout of emerging industries. It is jointly established by Chengdu Institute, Chengdu Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, Hydropower Seventh Bureau, and Jinjiang Development Group. The company's landing operation represents the first innovative entity of the same type in China, highlighting CEEC's leading strength in cultivating cutting-edge technology and integrating cross industry resources.

Zhicheng Ruijin focuses on two major development areas: engineering implementation and embodied intelligence. It integrates technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine vision, and autonomous decision-making algorithms to develop engineering robots that can autonomously perceive, intelligently judge, and perform precise operations across all categories. Relying on intelligent devices to defend the safety production line, we will help high-risk positions in infrastructure such as hydropower, tunnels, bridges, and wind power gradually shift from small-scale employment to unmanned operations.
At the opening ceremony, the company launched the world's first specialized multimodal large model of engineering robots, and multiple self-developed engineering robot products were simultaneously unveiled. Related products are targeted to solve problems such as harsh construction environments, complex working conditions, and high construction difficulties in infrastructure construction, relying on intelligent solutions to overcome the shortcomings of traditional construction safety and efficiency.
Planning for long-term development
CEEC continuously promotes the transfer of scientific research achievements from laboratories to engineering field applications, and unmanned inspection robots have achieved large-scale implementation, forming a reusable landing example. The Zhicheng No.1 inspection robot under its umbrella has landed in two key projects, Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station and Tingzikou Irrigation District, replacing workers to complete high-risk line inspections, timely troubleshooting equipment failures, avoiding personal risks caused by harsh working environments, and effectively improving inspection safety and quality. It is a typical case of high-tech industry empowering intelligent infrastructure. Keywords: CEEC, engineering robots, Zhicheng Ruijin

In the future, Zhicheng Ruijin will rely on the advantages of collaborative innovation between the central and local governments, follow the development concept of research and development, mass production, and building an integrated industrial ecosystem, work together with full industry chain partners to accelerate the landing of various engineering robots in infrastructure projects, and use localized technology to assist in the construction of safe and low-carbon smart construction sites.Editor/Gong Ziwei
