On June 12, 2026, a five-year memorandum of cooperation was officially signed. China Pacific Construction Group brought not only drawings and equipment, but also a real investment plan, marking a new stage of Sino Vietnamese infrastructure cooperation.

China Pacific Construction Group has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City Construction Bureau to deeply participate in the construction of urban rail transit, roads and bridges, and municipal infrastructure. The Chinese side has innovatively launched a preferential advance funding construction plan, which can first invest in the construction of core projects such as subways, with an annual interest rate locked in the range of 2.75% to 5.5%, and no hidden costs added. The project implements full cycle operation management, strictly adheres to the commitment of not subcontracting or subcontracting the project, and prioritizes linkage with local Vietnamese enterprises to systematically carry out technology transfer and professional talent training.
