Outstanding equipment performance
The shield tunneling machine has an excavation diameter of 7.78 meters and a total length of 144 meters, with a total weight of 1500 tons. It is specially optimized for long-distance hard rock formations, with a reinforced cutterhead and 19 inch rolling cutters to enhance rock breaking ability. The explosion-proof and enclosed slag discharge design is designed to deal with gas hazards, and an intelligent monitoring system is equipped to ensure stable operation. In June, the equipment achieved a daily footage of 34 meters, a weekly footage of 215 meters, and a monthly footage of 770 meters, breaking the overseas single month excavation record for similar equipment.
