By 2025, 13000 humanoid robots will be shipped globally, with Chinese companies dominating the top five. In 2026, this number is being rewritten. In the first half of the year, the production has exceeded 40000 units, and it is expected to exceed 100000 units for the whole year - from 20000 to 100000. China has proven in one year that humanoid robots are no longer just exhibits for people to take photos in exhibition halls.
Estun's net profit is expected to increase by over 21 times
In July, Ke Jixin, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, revealed a set of data in Shaoxing: the production of humanoid robots in China will be about 20000 units in 2025, exceeding 40000 units in the first half of 2026, and is expected to exceed 100000 units for the whole year. Behind the leap in output is a qualitative change in the industry from laboratories to production lines.

The performance data provides a more direct response. In the first half of 2026, the net profit of 17 humanoid robot concept stocks increased by over 30% year-on-year. Estun expects a net profit of 150 million to 180 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 21.45 to 25.94 times. Estun Coolpad, which has a stake, has officially entered the humanoid robot race. In 2025, the shipment volume of Estun industrial robots will surpass foreign brands for the first time, ranking first in the Chinese market.
Morgan Stanley raises expectations twice this year
The funding side is also increasing. Since July, Zoomlion has received financing with a net purchase of 520 million yuan, ranking first, followed closely by Huichuan Technology, Xinhongye, Shanghai Electric, and Chongda Technology, all with net purchases exceeding 100 million yuan. Zoomlion has the capability to independently develop software and hardware integration for embodied intelligent humanoid robots. Keywords: high-tech, robotics

Morgan Stanley has raised its shipment expectations twice this year - from a forecast of 14000 units in January to 50000 units in June. The latest estimate is that the market size will reach $2 billion in 2026 and $15 billion in 2030. The distance from one robot standing up and running to the stable manufacturing and mass delivery of 100000 robots is the leap from laboratory to industrialization in China's manufacturing industry.Editor/Cheng Liting
