On July 24, 2026, at the Zhongqing Intelligent Manufacturing Base in Zhengzhou High tech Zone, T800 humanoid robots with a height of 1.73 meters were successively taken off the production line. The first batch of Henan made full-size universal humanoid robots has officially been produced and will soon enter domestic, North American, European and other markets. Two days ago, at Zhengzhou Airport, two C1 large robots from SolarCleano, a leading photovoltaic cleaning company in Luxembourg, had just completed durability testing before delivery and were ready to be sent to the Gobi Desert in Xinjiang and Gansu. One moves from the laboratory to the mass production workshop, and the other settles in Central Plains from Europe - artificial intelligence is taking root in the soil of Henan's manufacturing industry.

The production logic has been successfully implemented
The mass production of the Zhongqing T800 is not just a label made in Henan. The first phase of the Zhengzhou base covers an area of 8000 square meters and has built a fully closed-loop production line, which integrates incoming material quality inspection, component assembly, complete machine assembly, and offline testing, resulting in a 40% increase in production efficiency. Before leaving the factory, each robot must complete 79 comprehensive quality inspections and 46 real working condition simulation tests. This is not a prototype display in the laboratory, but a large-scale delivery in the production workshop.
At the same time, SolarCleano Luxembourg will establish its first overseas production base in Zhengzhou Airport and also build its Asia Pacific headquarters in Henan. From signing the contract in September 2025 to the first batch of products being launched in June 2026, it will take less than a year. Two C1 robots can clean up to 15 megawatts of solar panels per day, with a cleaning efficiency of over 99.5%. They will head to the Northwest Photovoltaic Power Station to start unmanned operations.
The dual journey between scene and industry
Beyond the two projects, a larger ecosystem is taking shape. Leading companies such as Zhiyuan Robotics and Zhuoyide have successively established their presence in Henan; Luoyang Hongyuan Bearing alone holds over 90% of the domestic market share for robot joint bearings. During the 2026 Henan Artificial Intelligence Conference, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission released a list of 30 scenario opportunities, covering areas such as industrial development, livelihood services, and social governance. Each scenario lists pain points, technological needs, and expected outcomes. Keywords: high-tech, robotics

Henan's confidence comes from its industrial background -41 industrial categories are the natural testing ground for 41 AI applications. In the first half of the year, the added value of industries above designated size in the province increased by 8.1% year-on-year, and the high-tech manufacturing industry increased by 26.1%. When top-level design resonates with industrial practice, the key variable of artificial intelligence is transforming into a strong increment in the soil of the Central Plains manufacturing industry.Editor/Cheng Liting
