Both the maximum lifting capacity and maximum lifting torque have reached the highest level in the industry, and multiple core performance indicators have reached the global leading level.

This equipment was jointly developed by XCMG Group and Sinopec Shipping Company, and can complete the lifting of all modules of the "Hualong One 2.0" nuclear power double island with one station and one arm length, marking China as the first country in the world to have the ability to independently lift all modules of this type of nuclear power.

So, what does 700000 tons of rice mean?

700000 tons of rice is not just about "how much can be lifted", many people's first reaction when they see "700000 tons of rice" may be: can it lift 700000 tons? Actually, it's not.

14000 tons, representing the maximum lifting capacity of this crane; And 700000 tons of meters represents the comprehensive lifting capacity composed of lifting capacity and operating range.

In response to this demand, the XCMG 14000 ton ring rail crane adopts a combination of 124 meters and 83 meters of ultra long arm length, which not only meets the lifting requirements of the "Hualong One 2.0" nuclear power dual core island module, but also expands its capacity through modular design, with a maximum lifting torque of over 700000 tons.

This means that a device is not just 'large enough in tonnage', but can also extend further, cover a wider range, and adapt to more working conditions. Through modular design, the same basic model can expand to 5 different carrying capacities and support multiple operating modes such as circular rail and straight rail, with a 700% increase in model adaptability.

Behind 700000 tons of rice, it is not just an improvement in a single indicator, but a collaborative breakthrough in multiple systems such as the overall structure, power, control, and intelligent perception.

In terms of power, the equipment adopts new energy electric direct drive technology, which saves more than 30% of energy and improves operating efficiency by 25%; In terms of stability, the working state can adapt to a wind speed of 14m/s, while the non working state of the crane arm can adapt to a wind speed of 50m/s.

In terms of intelligence, the equipment integrates technologies such as digital twins, AI vision, and LiDAR to achieve dynamic warning and collision prevention in a 200 meter level 3D workspace.

So, what 700000 ton meters truly brings is the ability of super large lifting equipment to leap from "lifting heavy" to "lifting heavy, extending far, covering wide, and adapting strong", providing more flexible and efficient equipment solutions for large-scale modular construction in nuclear power, petrochemical, marine engineering, and other fields.
