On September 6, 2026, Sun Zhen, Director of the Palestinian Office, and Rania, representative of the Palestinian National Investment Fund, signed the "Implementation Minutes of the Aid to Palestine China Palestine Friendship and Development Building Project" at the Palestinian Presidential Palace. Palestinian Prime Minister Mustafa, Presidential Foreign Affairs Advisor Majidi, and Chairman of the National Investment Fund Iyad witnessed the signing of the minutes, with representatives from Palestine's Hasib Sabag and Said Kuri Foundation in attendance.

The China Palestine Friendship and Development Building project is one of the achievements of Palestinian President Abbas' visit to China in 2023, and is the largest Chinese aid project to Palestine since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The project is located in the Sulda area of the West Bank province of Jerusalem, including a rehabilitation center and an innovation and sustainable development complex.
