On September 16, 2026, Peng Zhantini, Secretary General of the Cambodian Red Cross Society, delivered a donation of US $100000 to the Red Cross Society of China to Ambassador Wang Wenbin to support the rescue work of debris flow at Jilong Port in Xizang, China, and flood disasters in the southeast coastal areas.

Peng Zhanti Ni stated that Cambodia and China have always stood by each other and shared weal and woe. Prince Wenlani and the Cambodian Red Cross empathize with the frequent natural disasters and difficulties faced by the Chinese people in recent times, and are willing to contribute their modest efforts to China's disaster relief work.

Ambassador Wang thanked the Cambodian Red Cross for donating twice to China and supporting its disaster relief efforts. He expressed that mutual assistance is a vivid manifestation of the strong friendship between China and Cambodia.
