Recently, multiple departments jointly issued a notice requiring coal producing provinces and coal enterprises to make every effort to ensure stable coal production and supply while ensuring safety.

According to the notification requirements, all regions should continue to strengthen monitoring and scheduling, continuously optimize production organization, actively and steadily promote the resumption of coal mine production, accelerate the joint trial operation of coal mine acceptance, promote the stable recovery of coal production, and provide strong support for economic growth and energy supply guarantee. At the same time, the notice puts forward requirements for the signing and performance of medium and long-term contracts for electric coal, the role of import supplementation and adjustment, and the promotion of coal continuous production capacity construction.
