Recently, Chinese Ambassador to Afghanistan Zhao Xing resigned and paid a visit to senior government officials such as Afghan Deputy Prime Minister Hanafi, Foreign Minister Mutaki, and Interior Minister Sirajdin.

Ambassador Zhao Xing reviewed the positive progress in China Afghanistan relations over the past three years and stated that China Afghanistan is a traditional friendly neighbor. China is willing to work together with Afghanistan to promote traditional friendship, deepen political mutual trust, strengthen pragmatic cooperation, and contribute to regional peace, stability, and development.

Afghanistan positively evaluates the friendly relations between China and Afghanistan, as well as the work done by Ambassador Zhao Xing to enhance bilateral relations.
