On September 28, 2026, the Dalabut-1 coal mine with an annual output of tens of millions of tons officially started construction in the Baiyanghe mining area of Tacheng, Xinjiang, injecting strong impetus into the industrial cooperation between Anhui and Xinjiang and the energy upgrading of northern Xinjiang.
