On October 28th, the All Energy Australia 2026 exhibition grandly kicked off. CORNEX has made a heavyweight debut with its full scene energy storage system solution. With its independently developed M6 battery prefabricated cabin as the core, it accurately outputs a one-stop energy storage solution covering the power generation side, grid side, and user side to the Australian market, fully meeting the deep needs of local energy transformation.
Australia has a vast territory, abundant sunshine resources, and a variable climate, which places extremely high demands on the temperature control, protection, and land use efficiency of energy storage systems. CORNEX has launched a prefabricated M6 battery compartment based on the 588Ah ultra large capacity battery, targeting the core pain points of the Australian market. This scheme adopts CTP long module design, with a rated power of up to 6.26MWh, and supports active balancing, significantly improving energy efficiency and sustainability. In large-scale ground power station scenarios, M6 can flexibly adopt a side-by-side or back-to-back layout to save installation space. Its CTP module design increases cabinet loading efficiency by 50%, land use efficiency by 33% per hundred megawatt hours, container usage by 20%, and significantly reduces initial investment and construction costs of the project.

Faced with the challenge of high temperatures in the local area, the M6 battery prefabricated cabin is equipped with a multi-stage variable diameter balanced liquid cooling circuit to ensure that the system's operating temperature is ≤ 35 ℃, with stronger environmental adaptability and an extended service life of 20%; IP55 protection level combined with C5-H anti-corrosion coating, fearless of coastal salt spray and inland sandstorm invasion; The noise design below 65dB makes it easy to meet strict community environmental standards, and the site selection of the station is more flexible. At the same time, flexible AC power solutions are compatible with centralized and series PCS architectures, perfectly adapting to the diverse grid access needs. In terms of safety, the M6 battery prefabricated compartment has passed extreme safety testing and is equipped with higher-level Pack protection system, multi-level fuse short-circuit protection, hybrid explosion-proof system, and multi-level fire protection. It has also obtained comprehensive system certification, laying a solid defense line for the stable operation of the Australian power grid.
In addition to large-scale energy storage, CORNEX has also launched the 100Ah, 120Ah, and 314Ah series of household storage batteries. Australia is one of the countries with the highest penetration rate of rooftop photovoltaics in the world, and its household electricity ecology is unique. In response to this market demand, CORNEX products have achieved precise matching: 100Ah and 120Ah batteries are specially designed for compact household battery packs, which are extremely suitable for the limited installation space of urban residential buildings; The 314Ah high-capacity battery is designed for standalone houses and small family farms, effectively reducing internal connection nodes and lowering potential failure rates due to its high-energy carrying advantage. Faced with the extreme high temperature test in summer, this series of batteries relies on a wide temperature range electrochemical system design to maintain excellent charge and discharge performance and extremely low heat runaway risk at high temperatures. Combined with an ultra long cycle life, it effectively dilutes the cost of household electricity, helping thousands of households achieve self-sufficiency in green electricity and all-weather backup power guarantee.

At present, the 588Ah high-capacity battery and M6 battery prefabricated cabin have a production capacity of 200GWh, and have fully started mass production and delivery, providing solid support for large-scale centralized procurement for Australian customers. During the exhibition, CORNEX and Leistung Energie Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation around M5 APEX and M6 battery prefabricated cabin. Relying on the deep local channel resources and rich scene experience of the partners, they will work together to expand the large-scale energy storage market in Australia.
From core batteries to system integration, from large-scale storage to household storage, CORNEX is deeply integrating into the Australian green energy ecosystem with ultimate product strength and high scenario adaptability, promoting the efficient upgrading of local energy structure and continuously contributing to the global zero carbon future.Editor/Yang Meiling
