On October 30, 2026, as autumn was in full swing in Beijing, a group of guests from afar arrived at the CPECC building. The delegation of the Mongolian People's Party Youth Federation crossed the grassland and sat with Chinese youth representatives to discuss energy and cooperation. The warm atmosphere in the venue opened up a dialogue about a green future.

A Dialogue Across the Grassland
Before the meeting, the attending representatives walked into the CPECC New Energy System Exhibition Hall. Amidst the sand table and light and shadow, a series of new energy scenes slowly unfolded, and Mongolian guests frequently stopped to take a closer look. During the discussion, Zhuorige Arontenger, Vice Chairman of the Mongolian People's Party Youth Federation, stated that friendship with China is the top priority of Mongolia's foreign policy. Mongolia has an urgent need for green energy development, and there is vast space for cooperation in the fields of new energy such as photovoltaics and wind power, as well as power grid construction. He sincerely welcomes Chinese enterprises to visit and negotiate in Mongolia, and the Mongolian People's Party Youth Federation will actively play a bridging role to promote pragmatic cooperation between the two sides.
Join hands to achieve a green future
Lu Shisen, Deputy Secretary of the CPECC Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, expressed in his welcome speech that he is willing to uphold the concept of consultation, co construction and sharing, share technology and experience with Mongolia, work together to explore green development paths, and continuously expand bilateral cooperation space. At the meeting, CPECC Carbon Neutral Development Research Institute, Overseas Business Unit, and CPECC experts made keynote speeches on topics such as the construction of a new energy system under the 15th Five Year Plan, Mongolia's energy development proposals, and practical cases and cooperation models of Sino foreign energy cooperation.
