Zhou Qingyu emphasized that in the next step, China Development Bank will strengthen situation research and judgment, accurately grasp the new tasks of the East-West cooperation in poverty alleviation, focusing on four aspects.

The first is to highlight the key points of cooperation and guide eastern enterprises to implement projects and develop industries in large-scale western resettlement areas, listed supervised counties and deeply impoverished areas.

The second is to overcome the impact of the epidemic and increase support for labor cooperation, order poverty alleviation, and consumption poverty alleviation.

The third is to strengthen policy preference and continue to benefit the real economy to help stabilize and ensure employment.
