The "Golden Port Expressway" is an important result of high-quality cooperation between China and Cambodia under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. The terrain along the Jingang Expressway project is complex, with plains in the middle and south, and most of the east, north and west are covered by forests. And affected by topography and monsoon, precipitation varies greatly. The construction environment is harsh and the work intensity is high. It is no small challenge to build a 190-kilometer highway here. Construction under this working condition also has extremely high requirements for the engine cycle system, power system and overall flexibility of the operating equipment. Aiming at the construction environment in Cambodia, XCMG XE215C excavators use an improved positive pressure degassing expansion tank, which can quickly remove the moist gas in the engine and waterways, reduce rust, increase the life of the pump, and ensure equipment attendance and engineering progress. At the same time, it is equipped with the original imported 128.5kw high-power engine, which is powerful and fuel-efficient. The new high-efficiency main pump increases the work efficiency by 7% compared with the previous generation.

To ensure the smooth development of the project, after the equipment arrived at the construction site, XCMG excavators immediately arranged overseas service engineers to go to the site to guide the installation and commissioning. After the commissioning, acceptance, and delivery training were completed, the service engineer conducted professional training for the operators of the construction party on the repair, maintenance and operation of the excavator. For each piece of equipment delivered in the first batch, XCMG excavators are equipped with wearing parts for one year to ensure the spare parts demand during the construction process. In the subsequent project advancement, XCMG excavators will continue to improve the rapid response mechanism of spare parts, dispatch and supplement spare parts in time according to actual use conditions to ensure the normal operation of equipment during the project advancement.
