The first phase of the Panji Power Plant is the first approved project under the strategic layout of the Yangtze River Delta regional integrated development, and the first cross-regional, supportive, and basic power project approved by the Anhui Yangtze River Delta Integration Action Plan. . The project is to construct 2×660,000 kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units, adopting advanced secondary reheat technology, and design performance indicators to reach the leading level of the same type of units, power generation efficiency, power generation standard coal consumption, plant power consumption rate, unit water consumption, etc. The indicators are superior.

Since the approval of the project, Energy China East China Institute has taken the lead to form a consortium with Anhui Power Construction No. 1 Company and Anhui Power Construction No. 2 Company, following market-oriented coordination, focusing on the goal of “three highs, two lows and three strong With the advantages of the entire industry chain of financing, preliminary planning, survey and design, project construction and operation management, the project was successfully won by the EPC general contracting model.
