On May 14, 2026, Zou Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CHN ENERGY, met with Gu Shu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Agricultural Bank of China, and his delegation at the headquarters. Both sides held talks on further deepening strategic cooperation and strengthening the integrated development of energy and finance sectors. Liu Jingshan, member of the CHN ENERGY Party Group and Chief Accountant, and Wang Dajun, member of the Agricultural Bank of China Party Committee and Vice President, attended the meeting.

He stated that Agricultural Bank of China has always been an important strategic partner of CHN ENERGY, and the cooperation scale between the two sides in credit business, bond issuance and other fields continues to grow, effectively ensuring the financing needs of major projects of the group company. During the 15th Five Year Plan period, the group company has many key projects and high financing needs. Both parties need to further strengthen communication and coordination, and continue to deepen the "overall to overall" cooperation model. Prior to the meeting, Gu Shu and his delegation visited the production and operation coordination command center of the group company, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's industrial layout, intelligent construction, and green development.
