Recently, China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the design and construction of the Jurong East Integrated Transportation Hub of Singapore's Land Transport Authority. The contract value was US$360 million. Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2021 and be completed around 2027.

The Land Transport Authority of Singapore stated that the transportation hub consists of a 27-story tower, which is connected to an 8-story podium, housing offices, retail and public facilities by sky bridges. The Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub will connect the city-state's rapid transit lines with the Jurong area at Jurong East Station.

CCCC is currently constructing Bole Station on the route in the Jurong area. The construction of the viaduct and tunnel in the Johor-Bahru-Singapore rapid transit system will start soon. Editor/Tian Zengpeng
