Overview of the construction of the national expressway from Erlianhot to Guangzhou
The main line of this project starts from Anye Village at the junction of Ulanchabu City and Xilin Gol League, and connects to the Baiyinchagan to Anye section of the Ji-A National Expressway under reconstruction, and passes through Xingyao and Zhengxiang Baiqi Naritu Logistics Park , Baoligen Taohai Sumu, Sanggen Dalai Sumu, Saiyin Hudu Ga Sumu, stop at Gongzhugeng Village at the junction of Xilin Gol League and Chifeng City, and connect to Gongzhugeng of Ji-A National Highway under reconstruction The Jingpeng section uses existing first-class highways to rebuild the entire line, with a total length of 178.851 kilometers.
The main line has six interchanges at Xingyao, Mingantu, Baoligen, Sanggendalaixi (the hub), Sanggendalaidong, and Saiyin Huduga. Among them, Baoligen and Sanggen will be used for transformation. Dalaixi (hub) is connected to 2 locations, and the rest are newly built. Simultaneously construct three connecting lines of Kangbao (Xingyao Intercommunication), Mingantu and Saiyinhuduga with a total length of 19.646 kilometers. Implemented 186.964 kilometers of auxiliary road projects, of which 167.640 kilometers were newly built, 13.962 kilometers were rebuilt using old roads, and 5.362 kilometers of existing roads were directly used.
The main line adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway. Among them, the starting point to Saiyin Huduga interchange section is 155.300 kilometers, the design speed is 120 km/h, and the Saiyin Huduga interchange section to the terminal section is 23.551 kilometers, and the design speed is 100 km/h. The width of the entire line base is maintained at 25.5 meters. The newly-built bridges and culverts are designed to adopt the highway-I level as the vehicle load level, and the existing bridges and culverts are used to follow the original load standards. Other technical indicators are implemented in accordance with "Highway Engineering Technical Standards" (JTG B01-2014).
The Kangbao (Xingyao Interchange) connecting line adopts the second-class highway standard construction, the Mingantu connecting line adopts the first-class highway standard construction, and the Saiyin Huduga connecting line adopts the third-class highway standard construction. Subsections of the auxiliary road project shall be constructed in accordance with the second and third-level highway standards.
The planned construction period of this project is 36 months (1096 days), the planned start date is April 15, 2021, the planned delivery date is April 15, 2024, and the defect liability period is 24 months.
