On March 31, 2021, China State Construction International Corporation of China West Africa signed a contract for the construction of the new parliament building of Bein Ningbo Donovo. The owner of the project is the Benin Real Estate Development and Urban Renovation Company. The main content of the project includes a 31-meter-high 6-story main building. The subsidiary buildings include a multi-function hall, an internal affairs office, a media office, a parking lot, a technical room, and a guard room.

The project is an international public bidding, and China State Construction has won unanimous approval from the owners for its outstanding performance and good reputation in the Midwestern Africa region. The project is the first project implemented by China State Construction International West Africa Company in Benin, and the first large-scale housing construction landmark building in West Africa.

The implementation of this project marks the official entry of China State Construction International Corporation of China and West Africa into the country market of Benin, which has formed a benign radiation to the surrounding market and laid a more solid foundation for regionalized operations in Central and Western Africa.
