Jiang County, Jin'an District, Minhou County, Minqing County, Yanping District of Nanping City and Youxi County, Shaxian District and Sanyuan District of Sanming City are 8 administrative counties with a total length of 286.6 kilometers and a pipe diameter of 813 mm.
