Sungrow Power, a Chinese manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters, said it has supplied string inverters for a 120-megawatt rooftop photovoltaic power station in Jining City, Shandong Province, China.
"The plant is built in an industrial park under Shandong Hixih Group, Zhejiang Fortune Energy Co., Ltd. and Shandong Hixih Group," said a company spokesperson. The photovoltaic power station was completed by the end of 2020 by Jining Huaxi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a special-purpose vehicle jointly owned by the above three industrial groups. The project investment is about 600 million yuan.
"The photovoltaic power station is located in an industrial park covering 43 roofs. It is expected to generate 110 GWh per year to supply power to the industrial park facilities, and the excess power it generates will be sent to the grid as one of the grid parity projects," Sungrow said in a statement Means in.
