On December 6, 2021, the Shandong Provincial Public Resource Center issued an announcement on the construction bidding for the main construction of the Jinan-Heze section of the Jinan-Heze section of the Jiguang Expressway. The estimated investment is about 19.32 billion yuan and the planned construction period is 916 days.

Project Overview

The Jinan-Heze section of the Jinan-Guangzhou Expressway will be rebuilt and expanded from the Yinjialin Interchange Interchange along the old road. It will travel to Shizhong District, Changqing District, Pingyin County, Tai’an City, Dongping County, Tai’an City, Wenshang County, and Liangshan City, Jining City. Counties, Jiaxiang County, Yuncheng County, Juye County, Heze City, stop at the interchange of Wangguantun Hub. The total length of the route is 153.6 kilometers, and the implementation length is about 152.775 kilometers. It adopts the reconstruction and expansion plan of "two-sided widening as the main and partial single-side widening as a supplement". The design speed is 120 km/h, and the overall type The width of the subgrade is 42 meters, and the width of the newly-built subgrade separated on one side is 20.75 meters. The newly-built bridges and culverts are designed to adopt the highway-I level as the vehicle load level, and the existing bridges and culverts are used to follow the original load standards. Other technical indicators are implemented in accordance with "Highway Engineering Technical Standards" (JTGB01-2014). There are 2 super bridges, 18 bridges, 37 middle bridges, and 76 separate interchanges across the line; 15 interchanges, 11 ramp toll stations, 3 service areas, 2 parking areas, and 1 communication monitoring sub-center 3 locations, maintenance work area. The total construction period of the project (from the date of commencement) is 3 years. The estimated investment is about 19.32 billion yuan. Scope of bidding: The construction content in the bid section of this project includes roadbed engineering, pavement engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, cross engineering, traffic safety facilities, drainage engineering, protection engineering, embedded pipeline engineering, slope greening, toll plaza and various functional areas. All construction contents indicated in tender drawings such as earthwork and temporary works.

Construction 1 standard (JHGKJ-1)

Responsible for the construction from starting point K55+378 to ending point K74+841, with a total length of 19.463 kilometers, including bridges: 247m/1 bridge, 156m/2 middle bridges, 4910.4m/13 separation overpasses, 13 passages, and 15 culverts; Debit of 704,400 cubic meters, (100.4 million cubic meters of earthwork, 268,500 cubic meters of excavated stone, 86,600 cubic meters of earthwork, 291,800 cubic meters of stone used, and 704,400 cubic meters of debit). 2 locations

Construction 2 standard (JHGKJ-2)

Responsible for the construction from starting point K74+841 to ending point K96+700 with a total length of 21.859 kilometers, including bridges: 330.6m/3 bridges, 608.9m/8 middle bridges, 148.4m/5 small bridges, and 332.2m/4 separated overpasses There are 143.4m/2 overpasses, 56 passages, and 10 culverts; debit of 862,800 m², (excavated earthwork of 21,200 m², excavated stone work of 179 thousand m², used earthwork of 183,000 m², utilized stone work of 194,600 m², debited 86.28 million square meters), 2 interchanges, 1 service area (ramp).

Construction 3 standard (JHGKJ-3)

Responsible for the construction from starting point K96+700 to ending point K113+060 with a total length of 16.36 kilometers, including bridges: 604m/4 bridges, 54m/1 middle bridges, 16m/1 small bridges, 779.3m/8 separated overpasses, and flyovers 69m/1, 21 passages, 12 culverts; waste 261,100 cubic meters, (digged earth 347,600 cubic meters, excavated stone 1.2476 million cubic meters, used 312,800 cubic meters of earth, used 1.005 million cubic meters of stone, and used 261,100 cubic meters of waste Fang), which can communicate with 2 places.

Construction 4 standard (JHGKJ-4)

Responsible for the construction of the starting point K113+060 to the ending point K132+220, with a total length of 19.16 kilometers, including bridges: 416m/2 bridges, 279m/5 middle bridges, 140.7m/4 small bridges, and 393.7m/4 separated overpasses. Overpass 68m/1, 40 passages, 15 culverts; borrowing 711,900 square meters, (excavating earthwork of 209,700 square meters, excavating stonework of 229,900 square meters, using earthwork of 180,800 square meters, using stonework of 249,900 square meters, debiting of 711,900 square meters ), 2 interchanges, 1 parking area (ramp).

Construction 5 standard (JHGKJ-5)

Responsible for the construction of starting point K132+220 to ending point K146+560, with a total length of 14.34 kilometers, including bridges: 332m/2 bridges, 420m/7 middle bridges, 27m/1 small bridges, 622.04m/9 separated overpasses, and flyovers 69m/1, 18 passages, 14 culverts; borrowed 649,500 square meters (63,000 square meters of earth excavated, 134,000 square meters of stone excavated, 54,000 square meters of earth used, 146,000 square meters of stone used, and 649,500 square meters of borrowed); 1 intercommunication; 1 service area (ramp).

Construction 6 standard (JHGKJ-6)

Responsible for the construction of the starting point K146+560 to the ending point K160+557, with a total length of 13.997 kilometers, including bridges: 1667m left and 1657m right width of the extra-large bridge, 45m/1 medium bridge, 87m/3 small bridges, separated overpasses 222m/3, 19 passages, 11 culverts; debit of 630,700 square meters; 1 interchange; 1 parking area (ramp).

Construction 7 (JHGKJ-7)

Responsible for the construction from starting point K160+557 to ending point K176+587, with a total length of 16.03 kilometers, including bridges: 140m/2 middle bridges, 27m/1 small bridges, 422m/4 separated overpasses, 23 passages, and 17 culverts; Debit of 1,256,100 squares; 2 exchanges.

Construction 8 standard (JHGKJ-8)

Responsible for the construction from starting point K176+587 to ending point K201+487, with a total length of 24.9 kilometers, including bridges: 1680m/3 bridges, middle bridges 207m/4, small bridges 87.5m/4, and separated interchanges 402.2m/6. There are 49 passages, 19 culverts; debit side 1,729,700 m2; 2 interchanges; 1 service area (ramp).

Construction 9 standard (JHGKJ-9)

Responsible for the construction from starting point K201+487 to ending point K208+153, with a total length of 6.666 kilometers, including bridges: 1182m/1 extra-large bridge, 112m/2 middle bridge, 63m/3 small bridge, 54m/1 separation overpass, and passage There are 10 culverts and one culvert; the borrowing side is 290,100 square meters.

Obtaining and submitting bidding documents

The time for obtaining the bidding documents is from December 07, 2021 to December 11, 2021. Bidders log in to the Shandong Provincial Public Resource Center Transportation Engineering Bidding Transaction System for project bid registration, and download the bidding documents after confirming the success. The deadline for bidding is 09:30 on December 27, 2021 (Beijing time), and bidding documents can be uploaded before the deadline for bidding; bidders should open the first envelope with decryption and electronic signature within 20 minutes from the opening time confirm. The bidders who have passed the evaluation of the first envelope shall, after receiving the notification of the opening time of the second envelope, perform the decryption of the second envelope, the opening of the bid and the electronic signature confirmation within 20 minutes of the agreed opening time.
