The Yunnan Foundation Investment Team won a major highway order with a total project investment of 25.1 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The starting point is near Ziwu Town, along with the Chuxiong Southeast Ring Expressway, ending at Wenlong Township, Jingdong County, Pu'er City, and connecting Nanjian to Jingdong Expressway. The main line of the route is 102.662 kilometers in length, including 77.254 kilometers in Chuxiong City, Chuxiong Prefecture, and 25.408 kilometers in Jingdong County, Pu'er City. The technical standard adopted is a two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 80 km/h and a roadbed width of 25.5 meters. The main line bridges and tunnels are 85.015 kilometers long, accounting for 82.81% of the route length. The construction content and scale of this project are ultimately subject to the approved preliminary design documents.

The cooperation period of this project is 34 years, of which: the construction period is 4 years, from the start date of the project to the completion date, the construction period is delayed due to government reasons, and the construction period is postponed; the concession period is 30 years, and the self-delivery inspection is qualified and the highway is obtained.
