On December 24, 2021, the Nanjing Public Resources Trading Center announced the bid-winning candidates for the construction of the new Hefei-Xinyi Railway Anhui section in front of the station. China Railway became the biggest winner with a total investment of 29.4 billion!

Project Overview

The Hefei-Xinyi Railway Anhui section from the east of Sixian to the west of Xinhefei starts at Sixian East Station. After exiting the station, the line goes south, crossing the Xinbian River, Xuming Expressway, and Huaihongxin River to the 3km west of Wuhe County. Wuhe Station; after exiting the station, the line turns to the southeast and crosses the Huaihe River, Xuming Expressway, and Ningluo Expressway. Mingguang West Station is set at 7.8km west of Mingguang City; after exiting the station, the line continues southward and crosses the Beijing-Shanghai Railway. The existing Dingyuan station on the Shanghai high-speed railway was rebuilt and expanded on the south side of Dingyuan station; then the line was turned to the southwest and crossed S311 provincial highway and S101 provincial highway in turn, and a Badou station was set up 2.6km west of Badou Town, Feidong County; After exiting the station, the line crosses the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway and the Shanghai-Shanxi Expressway on the east side of Zhongxing Reservoir, and then is introduced into the Hefei area along the Ershibu River Ecological Green Corridor, and then crosses the existing Huainan Line and then uses Taodong Line and Hewu to detour The line is introduced to the new Hefei West Station of He'an Passenger Special Train under construction.

The total length of the line from New Hefei West Station (inclusive) to Sixian East Station (inclusive) on the Anhui section of Hexin Railway is 207.358km. Among them, the newly-built main line is 198.167km and the existing line is 9.191km, of which Taodong Line is 6.115km and Hewu Detour Line is 3.076km. A total of four station buildings, rain sheds and related projects, including Sixian East Station, Wuhe Station, Mingguang West Station, and the reconstruction and expansion of Dingyuan Station, are set up across the line. Among them, the construction area of Si County East Station is 12,000 square meters, and the construction area of canopy is 7,669 square meters; the construction area of Wuhe Station is 12,000 square meters and the construction area of canopy is 10,600 square meters; the construction area of Mingguang West Station is 11997 square meters and the canopy area is 7,591 square meters; Dingyuan Station is The building area is 8,000 square meters, and the canopy area is 6,300 square meters.

Bid division

The bidding is planned to be divided into 6 bidding sections. HXZQ-1 standard: From the starting point to the starting point of the Huaihongxin River Bridge, the length is 24.63km, of which the roadbed is 2.151km long and the bridge is 22.479km long. Its Hansi County East Railway Station, Xinbian River Bridge, Tiangang Lake Bridge, Sunzhuang Village Beam Field, etc.

HXZQ-2 standard: From the starting point of Huaihongxin River Bridge to the main span of Huaihe River Bridge (excluding), the length is 25.89km, of which the roadbed length is 1.741km and the bridge length is 24.149km. It includes Wuhe Station, Huaihongxin River Bridge, Huaihe River Bridge, Yaohai Beam Field, Longtan Lake Beam Field, and Wuhe Station Sleeper Prefabrication Field.

HXZQ-4 standard: Mingguang West Station (not included) to DK230+753.26 across the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Bridge, 28.749km long, of which the roadbed is 8.221km long and the bridge is 20.528km long. It includes the super bridge across the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway (including 1-(30+148+30) m finned tied arch), the Dingyuan super bridge, the super-high-speed railway bridge across the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, Shimiao Wangliangchang, etc.

HXZQ-5 standard: Across the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Bridge DK230+753.26 to DK265+308.87 DK265+308.87, the length is 34.558km, of which the subgrade length is 0.617km and the bridge length is 33.932km. It includes the Dingyuan East Station, the super bridge across the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway (1-(72+72) m cable-stayed bridge swivel), the Dingyuan No. 1 super bridge, and the Yixiang beam field.

HXZQ-6 standard: DK265+308.87 of Dingyuan No. 1 Extra Large Bridge to 116# Pier DK291+645.81 of Hefei East No. 1 Extra Large Bridge, with a length of 24.337km, of which the roadbed length is 2.487km and the bridge length is 21.858km. It includes Badou Station, Dingyuan No. 1 and No. 2 Extra Large Bridges, Nanliliang Field, Xiaodongliang Field, etc.

HXSD-1 standard: full-line communication, signal, traction power supply, electric power supply, disaster prevention and safety monitoring system and related relocation and transition projects construction, materials, equipment procurement and system integration, joint debugging, trial and trial operation, and Shanghai Bureau Group Corporation's central office system expansion and coordination project, etc.

The total planned construction period of this project is 42 months (including joint debugging, joint test and operation test). The planned start date is December 2021 and the planned completion date is June 2025.

Successful bid information

The HXZQ-1 bid was won by China Railway Tunnel Bureau Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 1.778 billion yuan; the HXZQ-2 bid was won by China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. with a bid of 2.304 billion yuan; HXZQ-4 bid was won by China Railway Seventh Bureau Group Co., Ltd. won the bid with a bid price of 1.675 billion yuan; China Railway First Bureau Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for the HXZQ-5 bid with a bid of 2.22 billion yuan; China Railway Twenty-fourth Bureau Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for the HXZQ-6 bid with a winning bid of 21.8 100 million yuan; Shanghai Tianyou Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. won the bid for the supervision HXJL-1 bid with a price of 32.55 million yuan; the supervision HXJL-3 bid was won by Tianjin New Asia-Pacific Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. with a bid of 33.264 million yuan.
